My background

For those who don't know me, I'm having a little fun with my name. I am not "Bougie" in my attitude or ego, but I will give you my best work with gratitude and enthusiasm. That is bougie to me (wink).

I am a creator and a top-performing senior-level art director and designer. My leadership and project management skills plus strengths in design (print, digital & motion), illustration, multi-media, fine art, photography and writing allow me to partner with teams across an organization and with contract freelance vendors.

I believe in the power of collaboration, respect for one another, positivity, good humor and fun. I'm a gracious and empathetic leader who nurtures strong work relationships and encourages others. 

What else do I like to do? I have been learning to sail over the past two years (we bought a vintage Flying Scot) with my husband, Michel. I'm an enthusiastic baker and enjoy kayaking, yoga, nature, gardening and being a dog Mom to our two French Bulldogs, Hazel and Augie.
